Order Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for dispatch. During busy periods (such as Christmas, Mother's Day, and sale events), processing may take slightly longer. We'll always keep you informed.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress at any time.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If you're still concerned, contact us and we'll do everything we can to help locate your parcel.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Twist & Tassel is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately – we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
